Call for papers

Scientific and editorial assistance

Research intended for presentation at the conference may be submitted in the form of an oral presentation within at least one of the four axis of the Conference. Papers may be written and presented in French, Spanish or English. Communications in a poster format presenting research projects or works in progress will also be accepted. Potential proposers will find help and advice about the pertinence of their project and the appropriateness of its achievement if they contact (by writing to the following address citad4-asr@sciencesconf.org) the Scientific and Editorial Assistance (SEA, or ASR in French) that will be set up within the framework of the conference.

Proposals

Researchers wishing to make a presentation (oral or poster) must submit a file to the Scientific Committee including an abstract of the proposal including:

- Title;

- Author(s): first name(s) and last name(s), affiliation, institution, country;

- Axis to which belongs the proposal;

- Type of presentation (oral or poster);

- Text of the abstract of the proposed presentation itself.

The file should be uploaded to the conference website as a Word file (in the format .doc or .docx), composed of 800 to 1000 words, typeset in Times New Roman, font size 12 pt and line spacing at least 14 pt. This file should be named in the following way:

– For an oral presentation:

proaxis1_author

proaxis2_author

proaxis3_author

proaxis4_author

– For a poster presentation:

proaxis1pos_author

proaxis2pos_author

proaxis3pos_author

proaxis4pos_author

In this file name, "pro" is for proposal and "pos" for poster; "name" should be replaced by the name of the main contributor (lower case, without accented letters or cedilla, tilde, spaces, etc.). Please beware of using underscores (no dashes) before author's name.

Oral presentations

In case of acceptance of their proposal by the scientific committee, authors have to provide the committee with the full text of (the first version of) their presentation. This text should specify in its first page:

- Title;

- Author(s): first name(s) and last name(s), affiliation, institution, country;

- Axis to which belongs the presentation;

- Three abstracts (English, Spanish, and French).

As a general model, the text of the presentation (including first page) should not exceed 8000 words. Further explanation concerning the presentation of the file will be provided in the second announcement.

The authors will then receive comments and suggestions from the Scientific Committee. They will subsequently upload the provisionally definitive version of their paper on the site a few weeks before the conference.

During the conference, authors will illustrate their presentation with two slide shows, one of which must be in English.

Posters

Submissions will also be accepted in the form of poster presentations presenting completed research projects or works in progress. In addition to the poster itself, the authors must provide a text in the same format as the oral presentation but with a maximum of 5 000 words.

In case of acceptance of their poster by the scientific committee, authors have to proceed in the same way, with the sole exception of the length of their presentation which should not exceed 5 000 words (including first page). In addition to the provisionally definitive version of their communication, and for the same date, authors will upload on the website of the conference a PDF file of their poster. Poster will be printed and displayed by the organizing staff.
